To support the needs of these communities, operates a number of special Programmes both of their own and in conjunction with Sun Microsystems. The content of these Programmes is tailored to meet the business needs of the communities served. For example, Sun Startup Essentials has been developed specifically to help young and startup businesses to establish themselves by providing hardware, software and services on advantageous terms. Sun Partner Advantage provides special assistance and hardware bundles to help developers bring their products to market more quickly and at lower cost.
