Effective August 28, 2009 and December 12, 2009, IBM will withdraw from marketing the following selected TS7500 models and features:

IBM Virtualization Engine TS7520 (3954 CV6) features:

• #7424 - 3494 support
• #7430 - Enhanced Tape Caching
• #9305 - Four Node Indicator
• #9380 - Discontinuance Support

On or after the effective dates of withdrawal, you can no longer order these products directly from IBM. You can obtain the products on an asavailable basis through IBM Business Partners.

Replacement product:
IBM System Storage TS7520 is replaced by
IBM System Storage TS7650G ProtecTIER Deduplication Gateway.
