Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory – July 2016
Oracle have just released their latest security patch clusters. This time there are a lot of Solaris and Firmware patches; so much that Oracle recommend that all their customers under support apply the patches as soon as possible. (Applies to Solaris 10 and 11)
In Oracle’s words:
“Oracle Sun Systems Products Suite Executive Summary
This Critical Patch Update contains 34 new security fixes for the Oracle Sun Systems Products Suite. 21 of these vulnerabilities may be remotely exploitable without authentication, i.e., may be exploited over a network without the need for a username and password.”
