License options
Lotus Notes Hosted Messaging is available to new and existing Lotus Notes and IBM Lotus Domino customers. The price includes the IBM infrastructure required to host and support a Notes mailbox at the specified service availability level. The initial services offering has a 1,000 user minimum requirement.
Existing Lotus Notes and Domino customers may purchase the "Service only" option if they are and remain current with their Lotsus Notes client and Lotus Domino server Subscription and Support contract.
New customers (and additional users for existing customers) are able to purchase a combined service and software option.
Two service availability levels are available: The base service option provides 99.5% availability and a high availability clustered service (Lotus Domino clustering technology) increases that to a 99.9% availability.
